After 6 months in the hospital Jackson is finally back home!
Why is Project Main St. teaming up with Jackson?
Jackson is home but far from out of the woods. He has a long, intensive recovery ahead.
He will need physical, occupational, speech therapies, home medical services and home health care support.
Jackson will his extensive, costly medication and his immunotherapy treatments indefinitely as he continues to heal.

Project Main St. is a nationally recognized 501-C-3 charitable organization founded in 2007 to support families struggling financially as they battle auto-neuron disease, specifically ALS.
The founders of Project Main St., childhood friends of Jason Gilmore, are honored to support the Gilmore Family during Jackson's recovery from Autoimmune Encephalitis.
